Wishes
Most people have wishes and dreams that they hope will manifest, but not many people take the trouble of writing them down, however this very act is magical in itself, by writing down and concentrating on what you want you are telling the universe what you would like to attract intio your life. the universe aims to bring us what we want, but needs to be told clearly what you desire.
Daydreaming about your wishes
Daydream is very powerful, the human brain waves are in alpha state and sometimes theta when we are 'lost' in our daydream. Your unconscious mind cannot tell the difference between reality and the imagination, as you daydream about what it is you like you are filled with love, hope and happiness, the universe picks up the signals from your unconscious mind and starts manifesting your wishes into reality. Unfortunately many people cancel their wishes out by telling themselves "No that will never happen to me", the universe hears this and cancels your wish. To correct this problem, you should only think positively about your wishes. If you want your ex lover back, you should daydream that you are happy together and reyunited, you should syart thinking "he won't come back, he said he hates me", that confuses the universe - first you say you want him back, next you say he won't come back. Focus on what you want, not what you don't want. Fortunately positive thoughts and daydreams are many more times powerful that negative thoughts.
Wishing Spell
Bay leaves contain magical energies that help grant wishes. One of the easiest wishing spells you can cast is a bay leaf one:
You will need:
3 bay leaves
A piece of paper
A pen or pencil
Method:
During the waxing of the Moon write your wish on a piece of paper and daydreaming about it coming into your life. Take your bay leaves and fold them up inside your paper. Keep the paper and leaves hidden someone secret. To help your wish manifest as soon as possible daydream about your desire as often as you can.
Once your wish has been granted you should burn the paper to thank the universe for helping you.
